The datasheet looked fine. Same blade size as the sample, a matching motor rating, a price that made the purchase order easy. Then customers called, and none of the complaints were about noise or finish. The room didn't feel any cooler.
That's the gap a BLDC ceiling fan buyer has to learn to measure. Airflow is the one claim a supplier can state loosely and a buyer can't easily check.
